Find images by visually searching the Galleries, which are categorised by country and theme. Alternatively, perform a text search via the Search page.

q1. I can't remember my password, how do I obtain a new one?

q2. How do I access previously received Lightboxes, Gallery Invitations and image purchase and download history?
Go to the My Account (top right corner of this web site) and log in using your user id.
q3. How do I create and share a lightbox of images?
Add any image to a lightbox by clicking the 'Add to Lightbox' icon above the image.
Share any lightbox with a work colleague by clicking the 'Share' icon, within the Lightbox. Enter your colleague's email address, add an optional message, then click the 'Share Lightbox' icon.
To purchase an image on this site, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the 'ADD TO CART' button above the image you wish to purchase. You will be prompted to select the image size / price combination you wish to purchase.
2. Select the image size / price combinations you wish to purchase, then click 'ADD TO CART'. Repeat this process for each image you wish to purchase.
3. To complete your image purchase, press the 'CHECKOUT' button.
4. Review your order, entering any coupon code discounts you may have. Then press the 'CHECKOUT' button.
5. To checkout fast, select the 'GUEST CHECKOUT' option and follow the prompts. If you have previously purchased images from this site and are a REGISTERED USER, enter your email and password details.
6. Review your order, then click the 'CONTINUE TO PAYPAL' button.
7. At PayPal, you can pay for your purchase with a credit card, debit card or a PayPal account.
8. Once you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have purchased a digital image, you will receive an email with a download link.
q5. I require a hi-resolution image big enough for a double page magazine spread. How big will the hi-resolution file be that I receive?
Nearly all the image files on this site are 50MB uncompressed when opened in Adobe Photoshop. This file size will easily reproduce up to A3 paper size and larger.
q6. My organisation is unable to pay upfront via credit card or PayPal. Is there another way that we can pay for an image license?
Selected clients are allowed to pay via wire bank transfer within 30-days of an image purchase. If you can only pay via wire bank transfer, please contact us for the necessary information. An image license only becomes effective upon receipt of full payment.
q7. I have found an image, but it isn't priced. How can I purchase a license to use this image?
Unpriced images are available exclusively with either Aurora Photos or Getty Images. Each unpriced image has a Special Instructions field below the image, which states which stock library the image is with. Please license the image directly from the applicable stock library, or if you are unsure just contact us.
